Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026
Nabi Tech builds EU-hosted AI operations for European service businesses. We treat privacy as a default, not an afterthought. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this site or contact us, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Nabi Tech (“Nabi Tech”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described here. We are based in Lisbon, Portugal, and operate within the European Union. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@nabitech.eu.
2. What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email address, your company and industry, and the details of your message. We don’t ask for special categories of data, and we ask that you don’t include sensitive personal information in your message.
Our hosting and form providers may also process limited technical data, such as IP address and browser type, as a normal part of delivering and securing the website.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss whether and how we might work together. Under the GDPR, our legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your inquiry data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
4. Who processes your data
We keep our supplier list short and EU-focused:
- Forminit processes our inquiry-form submissions on our behalf, with data residency in the European Union.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which involves your browser requesting font files.
Each acts as a processor or independent service under appropriate data-protection terms. Where any processing involves a transfer outside the EU/EEA, it is covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then for a reasonable period for our records, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and, where we rely on consent, to withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email privacy@nabitech.eu and we’ll respond without undue delay.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Portugal, that is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
7. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Any cookies or local storage are limited to what the site needs to function.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your data, and we work only with providers that offer comparable protections.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
