We stay model-neutral. We route between providers on cost, latency and capability instead of locking you to one vendor, and for sensitive work we can run private, EU-hosted models inside your own walls through The Private Brain. The right model for the task, not the one we happen to resell.
Who owns the automations and data?+
Your data is always yours. The automations run inside your own tools and accounts, and because we stay model-neutral with no single-vendor lock-in, you are never trapped: you keep control of both the data and the workflows we build with you.

What if we miss the ROI target?+
We put the target and how we will measure it in writing before any build, then report the actuals against it. If a workflow did not move the number, we say so plainly rather than dress it up, and because there is no long lock-in you are never paying for something that is not earning its place.
